Meetwood Flack covers all the great hits of Fleetwood Mac, which has featured the talents of Mick Fleetwood, Christine and John McVie, Lindsey Buckingham, Stevie Nicks and others over the years. The Fleetwood Mac story is an episodic saga that spans more than 30 years. It is the saga of a British blues band formed in 1967 that became a California-based pop group in the mid-Seventies. In between came a period where Fleetwood Mac shuffled personnel and experimented with styles, all the while releasing solid albums with chart topping hits such as Landslide, Rhiannon, Go Your Own Way, Don’t Stop, Dreams, Say You Love Me, Hold Me and many others. The band Meetwood Flack consists of some of the area's most talented musicians who are joining forces on this project to present these great songs as true to form as imaginably possible.
Miche' (pronounced Me-shay) Fambro is a native of Philadelphia who has spent much of his life in pursuit of artistic perfection. Over the years, he's undergone several metamorphoses, each time reaching new heights while receiving rave reviews from local followers and press.
After seeing Jose' Feliciano during a local broadcast, Miche' became fascinated with the nylon string guitar and has been in love with it ever since. Miche' has spent the past few years transforming his reputation from the wildly popular band leader of Miche' and the Anglos to an electrifying solo performer.
Can you believe it! It seems like yesterday that this thing got rolling at the old Pittstown Inn and we have not stopped since. From Cairo fest, 200 gigs in one year, the live CD at the State Theater, Alba, the New York trips and the list can go on. Only one thing remains the same is that you the fan base make it happen for us each and every night we play. You are amazing!!!!!! Here are some things we are going to shoot for in 2008! The live CD we started at the Stanhope should be out by May with some additional studio tracks from Pete’s basement. We also will have more supply of some of the old CD’s and some anniversary t-shirts for sale at the summer events. We will have our usual gigs and some new ones but we will be putting together a music and wine festival at Alba to benefit two major non profits that Jon's wife was associated with for the end of the summer (we will need some team captains to sell some tickets). Hopefully we will get a shot at Music Fest and some other outdoor gigs. Also the New York trip will be back on late in the year.

A native of Clinton, NJ, Gregg is a 2006 ASCAPlus award winner for the folk genre. Last year he was a finalist in the Kerrville Folk Festival's prestigious New Folk competition and had the opportunity to open for 70's folk/rock stars America at the Birchmere in Alexandria, VA. Gregg has also had the honor of playing on The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts' Millenium Stage.
His ease of phrasing and clear, warm baritone communicates joy, wit, love and whatever else comes to mind without pretense. His guitar playing is bold and bassy, negotiating enlightening open tunings and various worldly rhythms like it was a roll through the park. Like just a small handful of other instrument intensive folkers - Willy Porter comes to mind, and JT - Gregg Cagno is a studied and experienced performer and entertainer. Comfortable and warm with an audience, he's as creative an interpreter of other's works as he is his own; drawing material from a broad spectrum, e.g. Steve Earle to Stevie Wonder.

In 1991, friends were recording at Mixolydian Studios, then in Boonton, NJ. Mef Gannon and Emil Nodzak went to lend backing vocals. Angela Adams was invited to add some harmony and The Partners were formed. Starting as an acoustic trio performing a mix of cover tunes and originals, The Partners built a loyal following in the tri-state area. The trio added Bob "Thrasher" Torres on drums and, after a few tries, Carmine Fantasia on bass guitar. Many friends joined the Partners to add a variety of instruments: Andy Goessling, Joanne Manhart, Len Moony, Tim Carbone, Dave Barry, etc. Emil Nodzak lent acoustic and electric guitar as well as vocals; Mef Gannon added acoustic guitar and a blues-belting vocal; Angela Adams provided percussion and a sweet twangy vocal. The sum of the parts was greater than the whole. The sound generated was a wonderful mix of pop, rock and roll, blues and soulful ballads. The Partners were voted the best vocal band of northwest NJ. As one critic put it, "they harken a meeting between Bonnie Raitt and Natalie Merchant." The Partners released 4 CDs: As In Dreams, Pleasure Before Business, Fool’s Holiday and Partners 4. Joey McGowan was executive producer; James Mastro, formerly of the Bongos, produced Partners 4; all were recorded and mixed at Mixolydian with Don Sternecker. The Partners disbanded but the music is still available (soon on myspace). Mef and Angela now perform and record as an acoustic duo -- ALL SHOWS listed here are Mef & Angela, acoustic … not to be missed!

The Sobriquets perform a fiery, high energy tightrope act, blending their signature vocal harmonies over a bed of acoustic and electric guitars, on-the-fly percussive loops, bowed upright bass, synthesizers, and whatever else happens to find its way into their hands. Sharp dynamics, hummable hooks, and occasional bursts of pure noise lace through a captivating, intense experience that is not easily forgotten. " ...[Y]ou can hear equally the phantoms of loose-strung Americana, dewy trip-hop and an eccentric coffeehouse hybrid of the two..." (Doug Wallen, Philadelphia Weekly, 4/23/2008)
Steve Gregory has been making name for himself over the past year in the CT area as a pop/rock artist with amazing guitar chops and a powerful voice. His songs are focused around strong hooks and top-notch musicianship. Steve Gregory has opened up for Lifehouse, Elliot Yamin, The Last Goodnight, Teddy Geiger, and Brett Dennon as well as sharing high profile gigs with regional greats Big Shot and One Sweet World. Compared to Rob Thomas, Bon Jovi, Daughtry, John Mayer, and Coldplay, it is evident that Steve not only has a commercial sound but also offers something new and exciting in his lush arrangements and guitar playing. Great songs, great voice, great guitar playing...Steve Gregory should not go unnoticed.
